Click here to zoom in on MHC I plus its viral peptide. The cell that produced these two proteins was infected by a virus. The blue protein is MHC I and red protein is beta-microglobulin which helps give MHC I its final, quaternary structure.

Click here to slab into the protein and see the green peptide presented in the binding grove of MHC I.

Click here to bring back the T cell receptor (gold and purple) but maintain the same depth of slab. You can see how the receptor protein makes physical contact with the peptide (green) as well as MHC I (blue).
