Human T-cell Receptor Sensing Human MHC I with Viral Peptide

Click here to zoom in on MHC I plus its viral peptide. The cell that produced these two proteins was infected by a virus. The blue protein is MHC I and red protein is beta-microglobulin which helps give MHC I its final, quaternary structure.
