WHY DOESNT OUR SPECIES SHOW UP?????????????

The bacterial species it infects were similar to the bacterial species that came up with hits in the our species spacer blast results, but those similarities were in genes. . .


Blasted against other halophiles to determine if other halophiles have segments of this viral genome in its spacers and genome in general. . .
