Viz-A-Brick: A new way to visualize the Registry

This will contain a description of Viz-A-Brick, detail of how it is being demonstrated at the Jamboree, and given freely to teams at the Jamboree. This should also include a screenshot that demonstrates the capabilities of the program and the magnitude of our parts contributions.
