A). Ribosome binding site (on the mRNA) interacts with the mRNA binding site (on the 70 S ribosome).
B). Pairwise ribosome-mRNA interactions are indicated by greyscale intensity. Orthogonal pairs have negligible interaction with their endogenous counterparts (WT), and are isolated from each other.
