Key Functional Residues

Key functional residues are portions of a larger protein to which a certain functional sequence belongs; these larger residues can be found under the "Domain Organization" tab after clicking on a Pfam match. Note that not all of the functional residues describe the protein that the domains are taken from (in the case of a protein sample).
