Used supervised clustering again, setting the range between 1 and 1000 and setting the myQvals to 0.001.

Found only 6 genes (including 2 POUFs from yesterday

  • DNA polymerase subunit
  • secretory protein
  • 2 inosine related genes (necessary for guanine synthesis)
  • mitochondrial gene for NAD (necessary for metabolism)
  • translation initiation factor (attract 40s subunit of ribosomes)

only thing is, the graph clusters wrong
