Looking for housekeeping intestine genes so that we can make sure our samples are accurate

over-expressed sequences match:

Snake 1: matches with an mRNA sequence from an intestine sample of an elephant fish, SLC15A1, SLC6A19

Snake 2: SLC15A1

Snake 3: SLC15A1, SLC6A19, (SLC1A5 very very low expression, might just mean that duodenum or ileum)

Snake 4: SLC6A19, SLC15A1, (SLC1A5 very low expression)

Snake 5: SLC15A1, fairly high expression of SLC6A19, (SLC1A5 very low expression)

Snake 6: SLC15A1, SLC6A19, (SLC1A5 very low expression)

Housekeeping genes

BOAT1 (SLC6A19) solute carrier family 6 (neutral amino acid transporter), member 19, mRNA (housekeeping gene BOAT1) found in intestine and kidney

SLC15A1 protein coding gene: encodes an intestinal hydrogen peptide cotransporter that is a member of the solute carrier family 15

ASCT2 (SLC1A5) expressed in the kidney but expression is high in the jejunum and colon but lower in duodenum and ileum
