Monday 4:30 - 5:30: pm Alex and Dancho = explain C-Dog expression of proteins
Tuesday 9:45 - 10:45 am Duke and Ben = improve double cloning using type IIs enzymes. Helpful site: How close to the edge can a restriction enzyme cut?
Tuesday 4:30 - 5:30 pm Kirsten, Minisha and Erich = summarize noise issues and describe optimal pathway characteristics
Wednesday 4:30 - 5:30 pm Becca and Ellen = explain how CRIM works and transposons in bacteria
Friday 2:30 - 4:00 pm 4 presentations by the four groups.
