This webpage will add BioBrick ends to the input DNA sequence and design PCR primers (including four extra bases GCAT on each end for digestion purposes).
Before you submit your sequence, you need to
know whether your part begins with an ATG or not. This web page assumes the
part does NOT begin with a start codon (ATG).
