• 35 mL of TAE Buffer
• Add both to an Erlenmeyer Flask and microwave for 1 minute
• Swirl and microwave for 10 seconds
• Let flask cool enough to touch, add 5 µL of Ethidium Bromide (WEAR GLOVES)
• Swirl to mix and pour into gel tray
