| − | Today I finished things up in the lab. I have posted my honors thesis online, and it can be viewed [http://www.bio.davidson.edu/courses/genomics/2008/DeLoache/HonorsThesis.pdf here]. The thesis contains analysis of relevant data and a general summary of all of my research. I have also posted the powerpoint for my thesis defense. The presentation was made in Keynote, but a converted powerpoint file can be downloaded [http://openwetware.org/images/b/ba/ThesisDefense.ppt here]. Note: some of the slides are altered slightly. General files and resources related to my research can be found [[WillFiles|here]]. This includes data and protocols that were introduced to the lab during my project.
