Nanodrop DNA
- The Nanodrop will be blanked using the elution buffer from your mini prep.
- Pipet 2 µL of your mini prep onto the small open stop on the metal circle.
- Carefully lower the arm and click on the measure button.
- Record these values for each of your samples
- absorbance value of your DNA at 260 nm
- concentration of your DNA in ng/µL
- 260/280 ratio value
