We plated the transformed cells with the thyA fitness module on kanamycin(10ug/ml), ampicillin(50ug/ml) and theophylline(1.25mM) plates. The transformed cells grew in comparison to the negative control that had just the plasmid and no thyA fines module insert. Experimental on top and negative control on the bottom.
