Today I finished things up in the lab. I have posted my honors thesis online, and it can be viewed here. The thesis contains analysis of relevant data and a general summary of all of my research. I have also posted the powerpoint for my thesis defense. The presentation was made in Keynote, but a converted powerpoint file can be downloaded here. Note: some of the slides are altered slightly. General files and resources related to my research can be found here. This includes data and protocols that were introduced to the lab during my project. Additionally, all sequencing results from my research can be found here. Expected sequences of relevant parts are included in this spreadsheet.
