Future Design/ 8+ HPP

Idea:
We were thinking that if we could get one strain of E.coli that is auxotrophic to all 20 amino acids we could split the amino acids and then follow our designed protocol and solve a 20 HPP at one time.
However, we could not find any strains of E. coli that are auxotrophic for all 20 amino acids. We were able to find 3 strains auxotrophic for at least two amino acids. So, we thought that we could mate the E. coli cells and get a strain of E. coli auxotrophic for 8 amino acids.
