DM Notes 4.7.16

Today, went through and found our diff expression scores for all of the genes in the hippo pathway and some in the wnt pathway. Going through and finding functions for each gene and predicting up/down regulation of gene if the snake is fed/organs are growing. Going through and marking genes that support or disagree w/ our hypothesis.

Also looking more into wnt pathway, cytoscape, and how to best convey these #s in a concise way.
