A program designed to prepare oligos for Golden Gate assembly after 20 µL of oligos have been boiled and cooled.

Enter total oligo molecular weight (g/mole) and concentration (µM) of oligos after cooling.

g/mole values come directly from the oligo synthesis datasheet. µM values come from boiling and cooling protocol.
