Used supervised clustering again, setting the range between 1 and 1000 and setting the myQvals to 0.001.
Found only 6 genes (including 2 POUFs from yesterday
- DNA polymerase subunit
- secretory protein
- 2 inosine related genes (necessary for guanine synthesis)
- mitochondrial gene for NAD (necessary for metabolism)
- translation initiation factor (attract 40s subunit of ribosomes)
only thing is, the graph clusters wrong
